finally wrapped up a big chunk of work i’ve been glued to all week—wanted to clear my plate so i can actually enjoy the weekend. haven’t eaten yet, so i consulted chatgpt and the plan is: a microwave-steamed tofu egg bowl with whatever’s in the fridge (microwave pros, send help… i still panic after 30 seconds lol)

then i’m treating myself to this wrist-free 30-min yoga flow because i’ve barely moved today. if your body’s also been parked in one spot too long, join me in spirit - let’s shake off the workweek together! or AMA while i’m cooking… i haven’t talked to anyone but myself all day 😂

just finished cooking! ended up making a microwave-steamed egg tofu bowl with seaweed i brought back from busan, plus a little trio of japanese seasonings on the side.
