Imagine the pain of being fully sidelined. That’s why absolutes are so dangerous in investing. It’s all probabilities and your port should reflect that. 100% conviction should never translate to “full port” because even if you are right (and you are never 100% right), the variance and emotional rollercoaster that comes with it should be accounted for in your allocation - price in that your are flesh and bones!
