I’ve always wanted to have a nice body, but the truth is—I only work out when I feel like I’ve gained weight. Once I slim down, I stop exercising again. I keep telling myself that once I’m financially independent, I’ll be more consistent. I believe I’d be more motivated with a personal trainer, instead of just doing random home workouts whenever I feel like it!

Girl, you look amazing! But when it comes to motivation, I think building a habit makes more sense in the long run - cheaper and more flexible than a personal trainer too haha. For me it takes about 30 days to build a habit, so I plan those first 30 days carefully. After that, it’s just about sticking to it :)
