Just reread this because why not Reading Hegel feels like talking to a friend where he’s sometimes he says things and it’s like Tim and Eric Awesome Show mind explosion. It really is amazing, actually. So dense, not in an unreadable way, more like a neutrino star — density is really high. Which creates a lot of gravity around short sequences of words. And other times you’re like… what are you talking about man. But later on the parts of it click, or they don’t. Either way, later on you’re still sort of thinking about it. It just depends. Depends on what? Not sure.

Whenever someone says Hegel, I also still think of this: "Beckenbauer is very much a surprise here" lmao https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LfduUFF_i1A

Reminds me of that Monty Python Philosophy Football: “Hegel is arguing that the reality is merely an a priori adjunct of non-naturalistic ethics, Kant via the categorical imperative is holding that ontologically it exists only in the imagination, and Marx is claiming it was offside.” Looooooooooool

Lol I love the joke! Interestingly enough I also re-read that book just last month. I have now bought a beautiful edition of the Phenomenology of Spirit but haven’t started it yet. I should write more about these too!
