@zeni.eth i just used instagram reels, but then i got stranded not being able to download it without posting (though i think there’s a way—just couldn’t figure it out)

to get the transparent strava thing, you just gotta share it from strava and that option should pop up. then add it as a sticker to the video

I used power director on my windowa laptop. But I did not take the effort to make the run details semi-transparent.
