i think that concludes "how to cook steak for dummies 101" i only have a chef degree in coding so please correct me if i'm wrong i'm still learning how to cook steak what's your steak pro tip? @edit @to @nicolasdavis.eth

After drying the meat if I have time (even just 20 mins) I set on a rack over a small pan and salt both sides, then stick in the fridge, uncovered, to let the salt absorb and dry out the outside slightly more to get that nice sear. My fave new method is reverse searing by cooking low temp in Air Fryer first.
