This weekend was pretty work busy for me and one of my best friends was hosting a little get together . 

I was going to work all day but instead I’m going to dinner with them! Even though it’ll add an extra 1.5 hours to my commute (office, to their place, to my place, and then back to the office tomorrow) sometimes the extra time out of the way - despite inconvenient for me - is worth it for the people I love.
