On the topic of olive oil. Last year I went to this restaurant in Valencia called Fraula. 1 Michelin star. Unfortunately I am not cultured enough to be an olive oil connoisseur, but this was genuinely the best olive oil I’ve had in my mouth. When I think about it the smell appears in my nose. It was so fragrant, I could smell it from across the table. And despite it being oil .. the texture was not like oil. It was like syrup. It tasted like if the oil were a meat and you were sucking on the fat. A year later I was still thinking about the olive oil so I emailed them to ask. Here it is. Emerald green picual. Wow, that sounds incredible 😄 I love how vividly you described it like, I can almost smell it too! Definitely sounds worth the 34€, and honestly, I’d have emailed them too!
