Having chatted with a lot of different chain ecosystems now, the difference between ecosystem/BD team responsiveness is wild. Some have been insanely proactive and helpful and others keep ghosting when saying they'll do things after multiple follow ups

This is my largest gripe with working with others in crypto - lack of responses, ghosting, declining just doesn’t exist lol

Feel like every company should have stellar customer support or bizdev as a goal, but it's so often not the case Though I have noticed that the level of spam masquerading as bizdev I get working in crypto is much higher, and more scams mixed in

Having great customer service is in my top 4 values at /humankind. The metric for me is talking to customers everyday. If I don't hit that, I failed that day. Extreme but makes it a bit unbelievable for me when I see other cos have bad cx
