The amount of people I’ve asked if they’ve used a mirror to inspect their vulva (labia minora / majora), and other parts of their genitalia as a way to get to know their bodies is low, and I usually get met with a “oh I wouldn’t want to do that,” which explains a lot about many people in this culture. 

And people don’t understand generational trauma 

The grandmother hypothesis is my current obsession
