What do you think most people get wrong about running a kickstarter? Even the successful ones.

At this point people are very sophisticated with how they run their campaigns, and know exactly how to time and build the rhythm of a successful project

I think the biggest mistake people make now is thinking that there's not a built-in audience to tap into with Kickstarter. It's a giant platform. More money gets spent there than on Substack or Patreon. It remains an amazing place to launch new projects and ideas.
