I’m getting much better at actually clicking unsubscribe on emails. I used to get annoyed when it was too many steps and just throw them in my spam folder. Now I do both and my inbox has become 10% more manageable. 

At this point, I really want a tool that automatically does this for me. I want to start over. I have 20 years of bad decisions haunting my Gmail account.

So I’m worried about giving third-party applications access to my resources. Because as practice shows, not everyone is conscientious about the protection of user data :(

I used it many many years ago but now I don’t let anything connect to my Google accounts.
