I have gained some weight since becoming a dad and want to get back into running and lifting once the nanny starts. Any tips on good running shoes for a flatfooted man? Or any good weight routines?

nice lmk how it goes. and if you start to plateau i recommend increasing reps to 6-8 per set before moving to a different routine
