It's one of those things they promise every campaign, but they really just mean corrupt business as usual and special deals for their developer friends. But I'm not a New Yorker just talking away from a distance so don't mind me 😂

Housing construction seems neutral to good.

You may be right that his corrupt policies may be easier to pass in America because we're the land of bribery but I doubt it would help anyone get housing.

The funny one to me is state owned grocery stores. Grocery stores are the most competitive business with like 1-2% margin, they aren’t the problem.

Mamdani most definitely has bad policy ideas, most will not fare well for NYC. 

He’s running a good campaign though.
