If the whitehouse is serious about winning the crypto vote then have Gensler drop the cases against Metamask, Kraken, Coinbase, Uniswap, & Robinhood. These are legitimate US companies & SEC charges against them are arbitrary and capricious. Make Gensler release the hostages.

My father lost almost 1.5 million USD in company due to a fire, and I provided him $500,000 before that. He always advised me to stop investing in cryptocurrency since, in his words, it's just gambling. But now that I've helped him, he always praises and promotes cryptocurrency.

Indeed. People just believe that cryptocurrency is like gambling; nevertheless, those who have researched the subject thoroughly are aware of the strength and volume of cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency has the power to transform lives.

Hmm maybe, but a&c has a specific application in administrative law. You're referring to assertion the SEC violated the APA when it denied CB's petition for rule making. Not sure there's an application of the standard to SEC enforcement suits.
