None that I am aware of aside from 2chan/4chan where the convention comes from but I think of it as a soft, neutral down vote. You could even bury it in the menus somewhere. I just the option to recast without signal boosting because its a behavior that already exists in an adhoc way via screenshot quote casts

Discord kind of has this feature, in the sense that you can disable tagging the person you're replying to when sending a reply
