The rule we instituted a few months ago was: If the DAO paid you to do something, you cannot be paid for the same work on Flows. We had a few folks withdraw their Flows as a result. iirc this was less than 5 flows to begin with. I withdrew our Flows app once we put up this rule. Nogglesboard respected it after their prop got passed and did the same.

Precious noggles (paid to build eye care clinic) and bigshot (who was retrofunded by the DAO) were using their Flows salaries to give away noggles to builders.

double dipping is very prevalent behavior and thats true for dao props as well as flows, much easier to slip under radar in flows because of low cost per flow. 

Not sure how you are addressing it. No direct DAO prop beneficiary should even have a flow accessible in the first place, so generally there are some flawed assumptions

We have o3 check their updates + impact vs. the deliverables and give them a score from 0 to 100 depending on how well they delivered against what was promised.

cool to see this, what constitutes a "rug" vs poor execution/double dipping/misleading and/or false updates (potentially undetectable)? Is this just 0 posts/updates made or something?
