yeah its weird, I went from 1 min to 3 min directly and then had to wait a while before getting back to 3 mins 4:30 is great, congrats!

yeah planks are def weird like that. really a by the day thing. cause it’s so much more mental then it is physically imo. like how long can you fight off the thoughts of pain πŸ˜‚
