i was just at the Apple Store trying to fix my Airpod Max, which has only caused problems since i bought it. the Genius Bar person told me if they wouldn’t fix it for cheap i should look at something from Bose or Sony instead if i don’t care about it looking trendy.

the product was a complete brick before it got sent there lol

not sure what issues you were having, but did you always return the headset to the case when you were done?

the charge gets stuck but it kept working so i just left it be

and then other night sounds stopped coming out of it. when i was at the Genius Bar i disconnected it and then it wouldn’t connect to anything again, my phone or their phones at the store
