We ate this 1.6kg (3.5 lbs in freedom units) beast of a t-bone.

Usually I'm more of a medium rare kinda guy, but the others wanted rare. Came as blue rare. A skilled veterinarian could have saved it. Gotta say, hit the spot just right.

people have personal taste. I enjoy medium rare, but people can eat what they want. 

That said, it's a "waste" to have an expensive piece of meat like this, that excels at being medium rare, then have it well done. Might as well have chicken or pork then. You'll pay less, and you'll enjoy it more

Yeah I kind of agree with this because if you enjoy it rare you can really feel the difference but also you can’t judge on personal tastes, if it is for sharing then majority have the last word but if someone enjoy it a different way why should we impose it… the only thing is to try before saying you don’t like it ! 

At the end what matters is that you enjoyed it !
