With the one-year vesting, you show your point of 'not just speculation' while allowing people to do their things until general agreement take place.

The German stereotype tends to be square, precise, meticulous... but when it comes to taxes and accounting, they have always been quite free and creative compared to the rest of Europe. As far as I remember is that way, 1 year "vesting". And if you think is smarter (and beneficial) as so far there is no agreement.

For long term investments (>12 months) it's perfect. For launching your own token, it's the opposite. And same for trading.

I guess Portugal has its own conditions. But the conditions in Germany are definitely suitable for me. I think they are the same for our countries

It's not profitable for them. Because the classical financial system is imperfect.  They will take every euro you earn. And the decentralization of Cryptocurrencies opens up freedom. But it would be great if every country removed taxes from Cryptocurrencies
