The city where I live in has velvet(?) subway seats so the texture makes it impossible to tell whether it’s wet or not. I have sat down twice in mysterious liquids 🤮. My friend taught me this trick where you check the seat with your hand and literally saved me last night from sitting in my third mysterious liquid seat

carry some tissues next time and throw one of those on the seat next time, better than testing w your hands 🥲
