It’s so funny is I’ve never really felt like I can’t do something because I’m a woman but every time I interview for a role and then see who got it - it goes to a man I’ve never seen on CT.

Less. They’re sourcing nobodies with web2 experience and it will not end well. They do not have that dog in them.
