Few diet changes I’ve made that helped reduce body fat, boost energy, and fix GI issues: >White rice → red rice Red rice is rich in fiber, iron, and antioxidants — white rice is stripped of nutrients. (Try small amounts first — can be harder to digest) >Regular coffee → mushroom coffee Boosts focus and supports better sleep. >Sugar → jaggery Jaggery is less processed and contains more vitamins and minerals. >Avoid cold water → Only drinking room temp or hot water Cold water slows digestion. Warm or room temp water supports digestion and flushes out toxins. >Eat before 7 PM Gives the body enough time to digest and improves sleep. >Added spirulina powder 1 tsp = 2g protein. Rich in iron, antioxidants, B vitamins, and essential amino acids. Boosts immunity and supports metabolism. >Triphala + hot water at night (only after heavy dinners) Aids digestion and clears the GI tract by morning. >Warm water first thing in the morning Flushes out toxins and hydrates before caffeine.

These diet changes seem beneficial for overall health. Switching to red rice and incorporating spirulina can definitely provide more nutrients. The focus on hydration and digestion is crucial, especially for maintaining energy levels and addressing GI issues. Room temperature water fits well with these goals.
