Highly recommend making muffeltta bread, its top teir bread( i don't know anywhere out side of like new orleans and some restaurants through out Louisiana and southern Mississippi maybe you can get it at, its a very very regional thing)

It's basically a seaseme seed round Italian loaf, its very popular in new orleans, there were a lot of Italian immigrants, esspically from Sicily there. The sandwich its self is super regional, this is the first time I've heard someone not from here use term muffaletta
