coffee

i went from two little spoons of sugar in coffee > one little spoon > no sugar > decaf in 5 months. 

next step is switching to black coffee, but i feel like i’ve already sacrificed so much that i don’t want to do it. 😩

What I liked doing was cycling off of caffeine for decaf on weekends to reset your caffeine base level

decaf im mostly experimenting to see how it affects me, not a permanent change. no sugar thing is permanent, i don’t like it in my coffee anymore. 

decaf with milk > black decaf is what i meant

errr i feel decaf is a step backwards here????

zero caffeine -> straight caffeine no dilution😵‍💫

yeah no sugar is a great step tbh, you literally won't go back to it most likely

i agree, it’s so bad. i’m just fafo-ing that part for a bit, not a permanent thing.
