In fairness, I don't know what you need to be well-versed in to help devs with mini apps. I also don't have a strong opinion about shrug emojis, but I *can* more easily come up with such an opinion on the spot than answer the first question.

I think it's a problem of content virality that affects all social platforms, as was implied in that other thread. There's a lower bar to engagement there, so people glom into it, which increases its visibility, which makes more people engage with it, which increases its visibility... I think part of the solution could be what you do - relying on people to recast to non-organically increase visibility to try to bootstrap engagement. Makes me also wish channels were more developed. Feels like a dedicated subspace to the topic would be another way to increase visibility of a "niche" question.
