🟪 Level 1: Basic Bot Feels like ChatGPT with a skin. Might pull from docs or search, but still waits for your instructions.

🟪 Level 2: Tool-based Agent Runs a fixed workflow. Uses tools like email, browser, calendar. But every step is scripted ahead of time.

🟪 Level 3: Reasoning Agent Thinks on the fly. Loops, decides next steps, tries again if needed. Starts to feel like it's working with you.

🟪 Level 5: Fully Autonomous You give it a goal. It handles everything else. No nudging. No scripting. Just output that moves things forward. We’re not there yet, but we’re close.

So if we’re going to keep saying “AI Agent,” let’s make it mean something. Not tools with scripts, but systems that learn, adapt, and earn your trust over time. That’s what we should be building toward. 💪
