Ive been experimenting with yoghurt on pizza and thought I had come up with a novel culinary innovation. Maybe not…the NY’ers beat me to it.

TBH I'm doing this with every kind of Pizza these days (I tend to start with a vegetarian base, and augment with a meat)...but having seen a bunch of your culinary casts I'm sure you have considerably more sophisticated pizza-ery-cuisine wisdom than I, @beecurious.

I am surprised at how potently a simple doplip of greek yoghurt improves a pizza for me, yet never heard anyone else talking about it (which means, I'm almost certainly a pizza-philistine, but I've never let that kind of thing slow me down in the past). 🐦‍⬛

Wait I love yoghurt but never ate it on top of pizza. As a side I do it eat but need to try this. Which pizza do you use for this combo? Margherita or else? 

With burrata and pesto is very my gooddd
