Is that sour cream of greek yoghurt on the pizza? Ive been experimenting with yoghurt on pizza and thought I had come up with a novel culinary innovation. Maybe not…the NY’ers beat me to it.

Wait I love yoghurt but never ate it on top of pizza. As a side I do it eat but need to try this. Which pizza do you use for this combo? Margherita or else? With burrata and pesto is very my gooddd

TBH I'm doing this with every kind of Pizza these days (I tend to start with a vegetarian base, and augment with a meat)...but having seen a bunch of your culinary casts I'm sure you have considerably more sophisticated pizza-ery-cuisine wisdom than I, @beecurious. I am surprised at how potently a simple doplip of greek yoghurt improves a pizza for me, yet never heard anyone else talking about it (which means, I'm almost certainly a pizza-philistine, but I've never let that kind of thing slow me down in the past). πŸ¦β€β¬›
