One thing to be clear: that budget of $400 does not include eating out or hosting others, those are extra expense

usually when i buy groceries i assume some will be used to host others although if need to run out to get more of something for it yeah i dont count that either and also assumed eating out was not inluded if i had kids i think $400 would my weekly grocery
