We're noticing more gaming on the leaderboard. 

Will be making some algo changes this week to address voting rings and  similar coordinated behavior to game the leaderboard.

When you say losing motivation? 

I find the rewards nice. But they are not my casting motivation. 

Insular like rings should be shut down. As they just extract. 

BUT I’m of the opinion that the leaderboard should fluctuate a lot more at the top. 

You’re telling me some of those folks need to win top ~100 weekly??  Due to awesome content?

Rewards are not my casting motivation, but its a plus.

It's not nice not being able to compete with people who do the same thing as you and multiply their rewards becouse his circle

I complain. But I also think it’s more fair than most other rewards.

Your leaderboard points are not your worth. 

It’t not about your content. It’s about WHO interacts with your casts. 

“The numbers of points depends on the user engaging.

A like from a user who has been around for a year and has a large following should count more than a vote from someone who signed up yesterday and has no followers.”

Read that again. 

Do not beat yourself up or give up on your art, your music, your vibe. 

It’s not a measure of your worth. It’s made up. Do not let it define you or stop your creativity.

I got it, I know how it works.
