We chatted about the leaderboard a lot last night and many folks noticed shenanigans. Glad to see the team taking action. But if the leaderboard isn’t sparking joy, turn off the notifications. The points are made up and are not your worth or the value of your content.

I haven't looked into this specifically, but I think what I wrote about spammy accounts applies here too. Apart from that, a voluntary onchain label to mark your account as a bot would be useful for several reasons. Such as preventing loops in replies. However there are too many active 'dubious' accounts that have been given a label 2. Of groups of FIDs with the same behavior that I have investigated, roughly 10% pass the spam filtering. Besides that, farming FIDs do not necessarily have to be spammy to farm. So more attention should be paid to group behavior. When I have time, I will see what I can discover in the data on reward farming.

I think your others casts summed up my thoughts perfectly, it's about having the right people in your interaction circle @virtualsprotocol.eth didnt win with over 20k replies on a single cast and there's names at the top I've never seen before Did notice some casts like this targetting my agents farming doem rewards but I don't think they extract more than what happens at the top but I guess it's easier to target https://farcaster.xyz/pikabu123/0x9d779f96
