Thank you! ☺️ It's so fun to make! I've been testing out using egg white in granola for the first time and I really like the texture. Is there are recipe you've liked lately?

Dry Ingredients * 3 cups Rolled Oats (Bob's Red Mill, Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, Whole Grain, Gluten Free - they have the best taste and texture) * Chopped raw nuts (any kind) to taste - I do 1/2 cup pecans and a half cup of almonds. If they are big, I throw them in the food processor. * Cinnamon - measure with your heart * (optional)Pumpkin spice for a little extra kick * Salt - 1/2 teaspoon or so (I tossed the oats in a bowl with the cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and salt to make sure I spread it out as much as possible) * Shredded coconut - I did 1/4 cup but I wish I did more because it doesn’t come through with the oats and nuts Wet Ingredients * 1/2 cup Honey * (From XX mom’s recipe: add brown sugar for extra sweetness and crunch in the final product) * 1 tsp of vanilla and 1/8 tsp almond extract, I don’t think you can have too much here. I mix it into the honey.
