A lot of folks don’t realize how they are triggering the spam algo. I have some thoughts. When you mass reply to a few accounts and they don’t reply back, that’s a signal to the algo that you are being spammy. I don’t know this person and I have no idea what they are responding to based on these notifications. How am I supposed to respond to these? No context, one word replies…this is not good. This will probably trigger the algorithm.

bingo people act like it's a targeted system or something. the algo is designed to clean up pointless casts i feel for the farcaster team because they can't necessarily tell everyone how it works, it's their bread and butter after all i try and interact with anyone that seems genuine, but there's no way I'd put up with that kinda spam

I still insist that the Warpcast team should make a way it would be easy for new accounts to understand the rules here. Not everyone is onboarded.

I've been saying for over a month enter a priority list of casts. Importance Filters: Create automatic categories for messages, such as: ‘Important’, “Collaboration Requests”, “Fans”, “Unimportant”, “Potential Spam”. This can be based on interaction history, number of subscribers of the sender and other parameters. Prioritise messages from verified users: Messages from users with a high level of trust can be automatically marked as important. Length, quality of message, meaning, originality the bot problem has always been and will always be here, it's just been quieter because of shadow bans and power badges. Quality content need a quality response. Only /impact offers some alternative,but this is more for the main feed, so that it would not be all in memes about BDE how good it is, but to see something useful or beautiful.

I haven't encountered any such situations to fully discuss the issue. But what is shown on the screen I think will definitely trigger this algorithm. Maybe new users don't fully understand it and respond in this way? They want to take quantity? But what will that do but cause problems? What are they hoping for? There are more questions than answers. By the way, I lost the ability to upload videos, yesterday everything was working. Maybe it's related to this algorithm and I've already gotten a black mark? I'll have to check it out. Thanks, pichi, for another useful information.🤝

i think small account should bond with other small accounts so they dont get the spam label! Its very rare for one of the big accounts to even like! Stick to making friends and grow up with them is my kind of advice! What do you think?
