My kid has slowly grown up into a Bluey kid

This makes it even better. It’s a super cute show. I think it’s really good for families to enjoy together. Models healthy behavior IMHO.

We try to at least. We’re still not perfect with staying off our phones around her but we’ll take what we can get

I think any mindfulness around it is a win. I watch most of my friends hand their babies iPads and they’ve grown up on it now and throw tantrums when they don’t have it. It’s really weird to watch a 2 year old surrounded by toys and other kids and then sit in a corner playing on their iPad. ngmi. 

Meanwhile I’m playing with the blocks and trains because it’s awesome.

I’ll be honest it’s hard to see when you’re not in it and it’s hard to unsee it once it hits you

Tbh I get it though. Holding off from the iPad means being so pulled in for everything and it’s hard to balance that with the everyday things like cooking dinner and just functioning
