Two UK scammers, Remondeep Bedi and Patrick Mwanza, got busted for a £1.5M crypto scam. They tricked 65+ investors with fake crypto schemes via cold calls from 2017 to 2019. Posing as CCX Capital and Astaria Group, they promised big returns but delivered nothing. The court called them "key players" in the fraud, breaking financial laws. Bedi got 5 years, Mwanza 6.5 years – over 12 years total behind bars.
