Someone build a frame app where if you don’t check into the gym the first user who calls you out earns ETH or DEGEN from a pool you prefund. But if you hit your target then you get to withdraw ETH from separate pool of some sort. Like people betting against you.

Early morning workouts are the best, I highly recommend the use of Cbum’s fitness app for a diverse set of workouts everyday. It’s kept me on my toes for the last 6 months and I always feel like I’m pushing myself. Motivation or lack thereof can def stem from boring monotonous workouts.
