Brew day! 🍺 10 gallons of imperial stout, designed for 5+ year aging. Secret ingredient is some dark piloncillo (sugar) that we picked up in Mexico a few years ago. Nice to be brewing again. It’s been a long time.

I’ve been nomadic with my wife and 3 kids (now 9, 14 and 16) for the last five years. We are the FamilyVagabonders. I’m picking the /nomads channel to start my streak (watch out, our family indexes very highly on Duolingo streaks 😂) This is our journey since we sold our home in the suburbs of Denver in May 2019. Still some big gaps to fill in before the kids do their own things!
