Does it mean that, during execution, tx.origin can have a code (like an EOA delegate call)? Or it’s just that a contract can initiate several transactions on EOAs behalf?

Read about EIP-3074 a couple of years ago, interesting that they have decided on it. Was definitely some security concerns back then but I guess they must have figured it out. It can definitely unlock some cool innovations on wallets, which is good timing now that we finally got some good wallet provider competition.
