1.5 years into being a founder: my biggest surprise has been the physical toll. Any others go through the same journey? 6 hours in a desk chair, 8 hours laying down on my couch, 14 hour work days. Trying to fix that now! But it’s like starting at square one. If I run 3 miles I’m wiped.

Have a desk job as well. Try doing 10-20-30 squats every 30mins or so. Great for blood flow and good for strength training. Very easy to do and keep doing :-).
