for quick visibility purposes it'd be great if the donor table can be sorted by either donation size or time (most recent)

in Google Sheets or Excel you can sort by whichever column you prefer. Is there any data missing from the spreadsheet itself?

yes but some people donate more than once. if i donate first and last, would you like to see me as most recent?
