I’m also baking again. Currently making my own levin so I can make sourdough. I had to use grocery store yeast for the first batches.

Now, this is day 3 soaking a banana peal in water to created fermented sugary water. This afternoon I’ll strain the water and add flower to make my own levin. I saw a tutorial online. Trying it out. 
Before, I had some that was gifted by a friend so this is a new experiment 😅

Nice! I used to have a very large home bar but I moved too much to keep anything. Our last move, we only brought 4 bags (2 each) and left everything behind. No room for treats 😆
Maybe one day I will settle somewhere and I can get back to having things. I have travelled so much and I always brought something unique from each place. But clearly, I kept nothing 😅
Currently I have one bottle of vodka and a few bottles of wine (they go fast). Nothing else.

It's definitely a no-rush passion, slowly collecting bottles of this and that as discovered and found at a deal.  When recently in Italy, I came home with 5 different bottles of amaro. 🫠
Love the idea of compiling everything for shared knowledge and use... it's why I made/shared them in the first place. 🍹🥃🍸

I collected a bunch of your recipes on remx but I missed a lot of them. I was thinking we could put a gallery together with them all! So people can browse and get inspired 😁
Now that I’m back in Brazil, some ingredients are hard to find or very pricey, but I still want to try more 🍸
