I used to manage a cult favorite record store in Seattle and was in charge of the vinyl section. One time, the founder of Sub Pop Records, the guy that coined the term GRUNGE, came in to sell a bunch of stuff and I lowballed him the buy amount. Later got to take home a first edition pressing of Joy Division’s Unknown Pleasures. That’s how I learned to trade.
