He’s a friend of mine and my real estate agent friend slid into his DMs dropping my name and somehow rented him the old knitting factory space. I still haven’t been but I did photograph their liquor board hearing.

The real estate agent is one of my best friends and he was like “hey can you text Hannibal and let him know I’m legit” but it wasn’t until like a year later that Hannibal showed me the DMs and I found out how the whole thing went down.
