Personally I don't take supplements. IMO workout 5 times a week, eat clean (meat/fish/veggies), & sleep consistently (no late night partying). This is the foundation. Supplements are secondary, but there are a few: Focus - Alpha Brain by Onnit, they also have pre-workout.

I agree with you, and yes I do not have anything against supplements, they just made me feel some type of way I didn’t like when lifting for focus & energy β†’ honestly, food is still king, don’t underestimate balanced carbs + protein before your workouts if eggs are cheap where you live, that’s even better, yolks especially are rich in choline, great for brain health & mood old school bodybuilders knew what’s up, just watch cholesterol if you’re sensitive for protein β†’ eggs (boiled, scrambled, poached, however you like), but also greek yogurt, beans, lentils, lean chicken, and even sardines/tuna. if you do dairy, cottage cheese is a sleeper hit before bed for sleep β†’ try magnesium glycinate before bed (helps you relax, won’t upset your stomach) herbal teas like chamomile can calm your mind too and honestly? a warm shower + some light stretching after your workout works wonders, I’m usually finished after this, straight up snooze 🀣🀣

Demon lifting? nothing beats progressive overload & good form. supplements help at the edges, but discipline, enough calories, proper rest, and showing up consistently? that’s the real secret Hope this helps 🫢
