Applies to channels with moderation turned on

If we remove the Recent feed and only show owners / moderators a a special Unfiltered feed:

1. Yes please
2. Mixed feelings
3. Don't do it

In the case of 2 or 3, citing a specific channel where Recent is good would be helpful.

Meaning there would only be Main shown? I feel like somethings aren't filtering right at the moment so Recent is currently helpful to have public facing since not everything that should be in Main is ending up there (with automod on -- haven't had time to trouble shoot)

almost all the ones in recent should be moving to main under the rules I set up so that makes me think I did something wrong
