Not sure I understand. Everyone can still receive tips It’s only the ability to tip others that’s limited.

yes, while I agree this is true, the bigger allowance someone has, the more tips they are likely to receive, but you make a very fair point 50 $degen

Not my experience at all. I give away way more than I receive. There really isn’t a correlation unless you’re doing some kind of tip for tip.
