yep agreed! 

sometimes impact overshadows intent though, i think we all would be better served by showing each other the benefit of the doubt while acknowledging the optics of what we put out into the world

there may be good points but unfortunately they got lost from the start with the “I’m dropping something later you’ll all hate” — just screams engagement farming rather than sincere discussion

parts of the article (or even maybe the whole thing) were handled clumsily but I think she has a point

i've been on the other end of harassment and intimidation from women in the industry and there are definitely mean girl dynamics, singling out winny / projecting intentions onto her is definitely wrong
