I tend to fall in and out of it every once in a while, without answers. But you’ve shed light on some key things, tbh. 

I’ve always asked this question with God and family as constants, as part of myself, so questioning life in regards to everything else that aren’t within my control. 

But maybe, as you’ve said, if I bring God and family back as possible answers, i’d have a solid answer for every time I fall back into the cycle.

It's a deep phase to get into. Let me know when you find it... I often come back to "The chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy him forever" from the Westminster Catechism. You do this by loving your family, loving people and giving your best to the work you do.
